  • ¼ cup Cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium Jalapeño (finely chopped) Leave seeds for extra spice or remove for milder flavor.
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika (sweet or smoked) Choose based on your taste.
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded) Adds moisture and flavor.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 6 pieces Hamburger Buns Consider toasting for added texture.
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 4 slices Sliced Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack) Optional for extra melted goodness.

  • 1 cup Lettuce Fresh toppings.
For the Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 medium English Cucumber (grated)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill (minced)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

Make Tzatziki Sauce
  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture. In a mixing bowl, combine cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat Grill
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 425°F or 220°C). Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Burger Mixture Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, diced onion, chopped cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, cumin, paprika, lime juice, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form Patties
  1. Divide the mixture into six portions and shape into patties about ½ inch thick, pressing a slight indentation in the center.
Grill Patties
  1. Place patties on the grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side until charred, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Rest Burgers
  1. Remove cooked patties from the grill and let them rest under foil for 3-5 minutes.
Assemble Burgers
  1. Place each patty on a warmed bun. Top with guacamole, sliced cheese, tomato slices, and lettuce.
