For the Shrimp
  • 16-20 shrimp Large shrimp, deveined and butterflied
  • 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Pepper
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Crab Meat (optional) Can be substituted with other seafood or omitted
  • 1 cup Cooked Spinach Well-strained
  • 1 cup Chopped Artichokes
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can be replaced with sour cream or cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs Gluten-free breadcrumbs can be used
  • 1 cup Cheese (e.g., Mozzarella, Pepper Jack)
For Garnish
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic For garlic butter dill sauce
  • Dried Herbs To sprinkle over final dish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter For garlic butter dill sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill For sauce

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Mix together the crab meat, cooked spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, Italian breadcrumbs, cheese, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice and zest.
  4. Stuff each shrimp with the filling and arrange on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until opaque and golden brown.
  6. Melt butter, add minced garlic and fresh dill; cook until garlic is golden.
  7. Serve the stuffed shrimp hot, drizzled with garlic butter dill sauce, and garnish as desired.
