  2. Season 1.5 pounds of raw shrimp with chili powder and salt. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of salted butter and sauté 0.5 cup of chopped onion for about 4 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in 5 minced garlic cloves and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add 1.5 cups of cooked corn kernels and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, stirring for about 2 minutes.
  6. Pour in 1 cup of half-and-half and stir, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
