  • 1 cup Mayonnaise Swap with Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust to taste or use chili paste.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Feel free to substitute with lemon juice.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and brown sugar. Mix until just combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet with some space between each.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, prepare the BBQ sauce by simmering soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and gochujang in a saucepan. Mix cornstarch with water, then stir into sauce until thickened.
  6. For the spicy mayo dip, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  7. Toss cooked meatballs in BBQ sauce and serve warm with the spicy mayo dip.
