  • 8 pieces Corn Tortillas for wrapping

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut chicken breast into 1-inch strips, and slice bell peppers and onion into similar strips.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken strips with olive oil and fajita seasoning, mixing until coated.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the chicken mixture and toss gently.
  5. Place the mixture in the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 370°F for 10-15 minutes, tossing halfway.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet for 20-30 seconds on each side.
  7. Serve the cooked mixture in warm tortillas and top with your favorite garnishes.
