Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper until creamy.
  3. Lay one sheet of phyllo pastry flat, brush it with olive oil, place another sheet on top, and brush it again.
  4. Cut the phyllo into four strips and place about 1 tablespoon of filling at one end of each strip. Roll tightly.
  5. Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. In a saucepan, combine honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice over low heat and stir until well blended.
