Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by pouring 2 cups of almond milk into your high-speed blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until well mixed and slightly frothy.
  2. Add 2 cups of frozen mango and 2 medium frozen mandarin oranges to the blender. Blend on high for another 30 seconds until well combined.
  3. Add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1/4 medium ripe avocado to the fruit blend. Blend for about 1-2 minutes until completely smooth.
  4. Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend on high for another 30 seconds.
  5. Check the consistency of your smoothie. If it's too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again for 15-20 seconds.
