- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, whole milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Mix gently.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly. Alternatively, form it into an oval shape on the lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients: ketchup, light brown sugar, and mustard. Spread the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Monitor in the last 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing and serving.
