Preparation Steps
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Wash and quarter the Yukon Gold potatoes and add them to the bowl with the seasoning mix. Toss thoroughly to coat the potatoes.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes and toss gently until the cheese clings to the wedges.
- Arrange the coated potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Insert the basket into the preheated air fryer and cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove the potatoes once they are golden and crispy, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle fresh parsley on top if desired.
