  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley optional

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Wash and quarter the Yukon Gold potatoes and add them to the bowl with the seasoning mix. Toss thoroughly to coat the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned potatoes and toss gently until the cheese clings to the wedges.
  5. Arrange the coated potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Insert the basket into the preheated air fryer and cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  7. Remove the potatoes once they are golden and crispy, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle fresh parsley on top if desired.
