- Prepare the Baking Pan: Start by taking an 8x8-inch baking pan and lining it with parchment paper, leaving some excess paper hanging over the edges for easy removal later.
- Melt the Chocolate Mixture: Combine the sweetened condensed milk and semi-sweet chocolate chips in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly for about 5-10 minutes until smooth and fully melted.
- Add the Vanilla Extract: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the Marshmallows: Quickly fold in the mini marshmallows using a spatula, being careful not to completely melt them.
- Pour into the Pan: Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly into the corners.
- Cool and Set: Let the fudge cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes before transferring to the refrigerator. Allow to chill for at least 2 hours.
- Cut and Serve: Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut it into 16 squares.
