- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder in a bowl until smooth.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into strips.
- Place a scoop of the cheese filling on one half of each strip, fold over, and twist the pastry.
