Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Sprinkle the frozen blueberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half and lightly spray the skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Grill the folded quesadilla for about 2 minutes on one side until brown and crispy, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Remove the quesadilla from the skillet, cool for a minute, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
