  • 1 bottle Chilled Champagne or Prosecco Sparkling cider as non-alcoholic substitute.
  • 1 cup Chilled Orange Juice Fresh-squeezed or store-bought.
For the Garnish
  • 4 Pastel Marshmallow Peeps Mix colors for variety.
  • 1/2 cup Pastel Sanding Sugar Or finely crushed nuts/coconut for variation.
For Rimming the Glasses
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions for Easter Peeps Mimosa
  1. Pour 2 tablespoons of orange juice into a shallow dish, and in another shallow dish, pour in pastel sanding sugar.
  2. Dip each champagne flute rim into the orange juice, then roll in pastel sanding sugar to create a sweet coating.
  3. In each rimmed glass, pour approximately ⅓ cup of chilled orange juice.
  4. Gently top each glass with chilled champagne or Prosecco, pouring about ½ to ¾ cup into each glass.
  5. Garnish by placing one pastel Peep on the rim of each glass.
