- Pour 2 tablespoons of orange juice into a shallow dish, and in another shallow dish, pour in pastel sanding sugar.
- Dip each champagne flute rim into the orange juice, then roll in pastel sanding sugar to create a sweet coating.
- In each rimmed glass, pour approximately ⅓ cup of chilled orange juice.
- Gently top each glass with chilled champagne or Prosecco, pouring about ½ to ¾ cup into each glass.
- Garnish by placing one pastel Peep on the rim of each glass.
