  1. Start by cutting the Kefalograviera cheese into uniform blocks, each about ½ inch thick.
  2. Dredge each cheese block in the seasoned all-purpose flour, making sure they are fully coated.
  3. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  4. Carefully add the coated cheese blocks to the hot oil and fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from oil and place on paper towel-lined plate. Squeeze fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with flaky salt before serving.
