Crunchy Coating
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs Use gluten-free breadcrumbs if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Unwrap the Babybel cheese rounds and dry them with a paper towel.
  2. Create three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and the last with panko and seasonings.
  3. Coat each cheese round in flour, then dip into egg mixture, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Chill coated rounds in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3 to 5 minutes, lightly grease basket with olive oil.
  6. Arrange chilled rounds in the fryer in a single layer, spray lightly with olive oil.
  7. Air fry at 380°F for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
