Preparation Steps
- In a small pot, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium heat. Stir the mixture gently until the sugar completely dissolves, which should take about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

- Add 1 cup of pureed strawberries into the lemon and sugar mixture. Stir gently until fully integrated.
- Pour the mixture into a large pitcher. Slowly add 2 cups of sparkling water, stirring gently to mix.
- In a separate bowl, pour 1 cup of heavy cream along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold a portion of the whipped cream into the pitcher of lemonade.
- Pour the lemonade into glasses, topping with a dollop of whipped cream, lemon slices, and fresh mint.
