Preparation Steps
  1. In a small pot, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar over medium heat. Stir the mixture gently until the sugar completely dissolves, which should take about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, ensuring it’s free of seeds and pulp. Carefully add the cooled sugar syrup and whisk until thoroughly combined.
  3. Add 1 cup of pureed strawberries into the lemon and sugar mixture. Stir gently until fully integrated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher. Slowly add 2 cups of sparkling water, stirring gently to mix.
  5. In a separate bowl, pour 1 cup of heavy cream along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Whip until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold a portion of the whipped cream into the pitcher of lemonade.
