  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer two slices of Swiss cheese and two slices of ham on each chicken breast.
  4. Roll each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
