- Start by allowing your pizza dough to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the rolled-out dough into uniform squares measuring about 3 cm by 3 cm.
- Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt at the center of each square. Fold the dough over to create a shape and seal the edges.
- Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the filled rolls in a single layer.
- Air fry the pizza rolls for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, let the rolls cool a couple of minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce.
