  • ½ cup Water
For the Mix
  • 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice Always use fresh if possible.
  • 1 cup Cranberry Juice Can substitute with pomegranate or other berry juice.
For the Fizz
  • 4 cups Sparkling Water Club soda works just as well.
  • Ice Cubes Use fresh ice for serving.
For Garnishing
  • a few Mint Leaves Basil or rosemary can be used as alternatives.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, combine honey and ½ cup of water over low heat. Stir gently for 3–5 minutes until honey dissolves into syrup. Cool at room temperature.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemons until you have 1 cup of juice. Strain if desired for a pulp-free experience.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled honey syrup, lemon juice, and cranberry juice. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour in 4 cups of chilled sparkling water just before serving. Stir gently to maintain carbonation.
  5. Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the Lemon Pink Soda over the ice.
  6. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
