Preparation Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine honey and ½ cup of water over low heat. Stir gently for 3–5 minutes until honey dissolves into syrup. Cool at room temperature.
- Squeeze fresh lemons until you have 1 cup of juice. Strain if desired for a pulp-free experience.
- In a large pitcher, mix the cooled honey syrup, lemon juice, and cranberry juice. Stir until combined.
- Pour in 4 cups of chilled sparkling water just before serving. Stir gently to maintain carbonation.
- Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the Lemon Pink Soda over the ice.
- Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
