  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss gently to coat evenly with the glaze.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds before serving.
