  3. Melt butter in a large pot, whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk until creamy, then stir in cheeses until melted.
  4. Stir the spinach mixture into the cheese sauce, then fold in cooked macaroni.
  5. Pour into a greased baking dish, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Season with salt and pepper.
