  • 1 cup St. Patrick's Day Lucky Charms marshmallows Feel free to use mini marshmallows if you can't find them.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal and set it aside for later.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of milk chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter, and 1/4 cup of butter. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently for about 3-5 minutes until melted and smooth. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
  3. Carefully pour the melted chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the Rice Chex cereal in your mixing bowl. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture until all pieces are coated.
  4. Transfer the coated cereal mixture to a gallon Ziplock bag, adding 2 cups of powdered sugar. Seal the bag, then shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  5. Before serving, add desired amounts of St. Patrick’s Day Lucky Charms marshmallows to the bag and gently toss the mixture.
