  1. Pour 1 cup of light coconut milk into a blender to create a creamy base.
  2. Incorporate 2 frozen bananas, peeled and cut into quarters.
  3. Introduce 2 tablespoons of almond butter to the mixture.
  4. Add 1–2 teaspoons of instant espresso powder and blend for another 15–30 seconds.
  5. Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup, adjusting to taste.
  6. Blend the entire mixture on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
