  • 1 cup Guacamole Store-bought works, but homemade is better.
  • 1 cup Salsa Choose mild or hot based on your taste.
  • 1 cup Olives Black or green olives work well.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the black beans, diced tomatoes with green chiles, and sour cream; stir well and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Layer half of the Fritos in the baking dish, spread half of the beef mixture, and add a handful of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before topping with extra Fritos and your favorite toppings.
