Step-by-Step Instructions for Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Halve your Roma tomatoes lengthwise and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves and add to the bowl with tomatoes.
  4. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes with the tomatoes.
  5. Toss the tomatoes gently with the seasoning mixture until coated.
  6. Spread the tomatoes cut-side up on a lined baking sheet and roast for 45 to 60 minutes.
