  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain and set pasta aside.
  3. Press and crumble tofu into small pieces.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add chopped bell peppers and sauté until softened.
  6. Stir in crumbled tofu, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden.
  7. Add spinach and tomato sauce, let simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Add drained pasta, toss everything together, and warm through.
  9. Serve garnished with parsley or vegan cheese.
