Steps to Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Hollow out the sourdough bread bowl, leaving about an inch of thick bread on the sides and bottom.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Add in the shredded mozzarella, green onions, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon juice, stirring well.
- Gently fold in the cooked shrimp and lump crab meat into the creamy filling without breaking the seafood pieces.
- Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed bread bowl. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with extra green onions and serve warm with reserved bread chunks and crackers.
