  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
For the Rice Base
  • 2 cups Rice Cooked jasmine or brown rice
For the Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Can substitute with Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Fresh lime is ideal
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup Carrots Julienned or shredded
  • 1 cup Cucumber Thinly sliced
  • 1 medium Avocado Diced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions Chopped

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Whisk until smooth and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 3-5 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Prepare rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, topped with cooked shrimp and your favorite vegetables.
