Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt. Whisk until fluffy.
  2. Add Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Dust a surface with gluten-free flour, divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll into balls, and flatten slightly.
  4. Place about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese in the center of each disc and fold edges over to enclose filling.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Brush with egg wash or oil spray and sprinkle seasoning on top.
  6. Air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Keep an eye on them; they should be puffed.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Best enjoyed warm.
