- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry to a rectangle, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard across the pastry. Sprinkle diced ham and shredded cheddar cheese evenly.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for about 30 minutes.
- After chilling, slice the log into even slices, about 1 inch thick. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then serve warm.
