  3. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the pastry into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  4. After chilling, slice the log into even slices, about 1 inch thick. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then serve warm.
