  • 1 cup lump crab meat well-drained
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese freshly shredded

  • 1 bag wonton chips or crackers

Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix for about 2 minutes until fluffy.
  2. Gently fold in lump crab meat, green onions, and mozzarella cheese, ensuring even distribution while keeping the crab pieces intact.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and evenly spread it out. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, keeping an eye on it to avoid over-baking.
  5. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce after removing from the oven and allow to cool for a minute before serving.
