  1. Wash and cut the zucchini and yellow squash into quarters. Set aside.

  3. Add the zucchini and yellow squash to the skillet in a single layer. Cook undisturbed for about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir gently and let cook for another 3-5 minutes until tender and browned.
