- Marinate the beef by combining it with baking soda, light soy sauce, peanut oil, and cornstarch. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking chicken broth, oyster sauce, light and dark soy sauces, sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Cook the marinated beef in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
- Stir-fry diced white onion, minced garlic, and fresh ginger in the skillet for 2 minutes until onion is translucent.
- Add asparagus or seasonal vegetables and stir-fry for about 1 minute until vibrant and tender.
- Combine the beef and vegetables with the prepared sauce, stirring for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Serve the Beef with Oyster Sauce over rice or noodles, drizzling any remaining sauce on top.
