Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and cubing the sweet potatoes into 1-inch pieces for even cooking.
  2. Mince 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic for a bold flavor and gather all your other ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add your choice of sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in the cubed sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Combine honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and paprika in a medium bowl, whisk until smooth.
  5. Pour the sauce over the sausage and sweet potatoes in the skillet.
  6. Cover and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir gently, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
