  2. Boil the Water: In a kettle, bring approximately 1/3 gallon of water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Combine Dandelions and Tea Bags: In a gallon-sized container, place the rinsed dandelions and tea bags, then pour the boiling water over them.
  4. Steep for Flavor: Allow the mixture to steep for 15-20 minutes, tasting periodically for desired strength.
  5. Strain the Mixture: Remove the tea bags and dandelions, and strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer if desired.
  6. Sweeten and Chill: Stir in sweetener, then fill with cold water and refrigerate for at least an hour.
