- Boil water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. In a cup, dissolve honey (if desired) into ½ cup of boiling water and add a white tea bag. Steep for 10 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag and add ½ cup of ice to the warm brewed tea. Stir gently and let it sit for an additional 10 minutes.
- In a large pitcher, combine the chilled brewed tea with the guava juice and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Iced Guava White Tea Lemonade over the ice. Serve immediately.
