- In the same mixing glass, add 1 cup of your favorite lemonade and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Depending on your sweetness preference, drizzle in simple syrup—start with 1 tablespoon. Stir gently for about 15-20 seconds.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the mixing glass. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, allowing the flavors to blend beautifully while chilling the mix.
- Grab a highball glass and fill it halfway with fresh ice. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the chilled apricot lemonade mixture over the ice.
