Preparation Steps
- Fill a large glass halfway with ice cubes to keep the drink chilled.
- Mix 40 ml Maracujanektar, a splash of vanilla extract, and 20 ml Lillet Blanc in the glass. Stir gently for 15 seconds.
- Slowly fill the glass with 50 ml Prosecco and a splash of mineral water.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and scoop out half a passion fruit if desired.
- Top off with fresh mint leaves, gently pushing them into the drink.
