Ingredients

For the Mocktail Base
  • 2 oz non-alcoholic elderflower liqueur cordial Feel free to swap with any floral or fruity non-alcoholic cordial.
  • 1 oz lavender syrup Use sparingly to avoid overpowering the drink.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Best when muddled to release natural sweetness.
For the Finishing Touch
  • 3 oz non-alcoholic prosecco Any sparkling non-alcoholic drink will suffice.
  • lavender sprig or lemon twist Optional, for garnish.

Equipment

  • wine glass
  • muddler

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a wine glass, add a generous handful of fresh blueberries. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the blueberries down for about 15–20 seconds until they start to release their juices.
  2. Drizzle in a small amount of lavender syrup, balancing with sweetness while ensuring it's not overpowering.
  3. Pour in non-alcoholic elderflower liqueur cordial over the muddled blueberries, stirring lightly for about 10 seconds.
  4. Fill the glass with ice cubes, leaving a little room at the top for the sparkling prosecco.
  5. Slowly pour non-alcoholic prosecco into the glass, filling it nearly to the brim, allowing the bubbles to rise and mingle.
  6. Add an optional garnish: a sprig of lavender or a twist of lemon peel on the rim of the glass.
