Preparation Steps
- Warm 8 fl oz of water to 100-110°F using a kettle.
- In a glass, pour the warm water and add ¼ tsp of Himalayan pink salt. Stir until dissolved.
- Squeeze in 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice and mix well.
- For the advanced detox version, add 1 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar and ¼ tsp of ground ginger. Stir thoroughly.
- If desired, sweeten with 1 tsp of raw honey, stirring until dissolved.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Sip slowly on an empty stomach over 5-10 minutes.
