Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Gluten-Free Chicken Stir-Fry
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, tamari, brown sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch, and red pepper flakes until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
  2. Season the chicken breast cubes with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 30 seconds. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, drizzle in another tablespoon of oil. Toss in the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and carrots, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until crisp-tender and vibrant.
  4. Add the green onions, ginger, and minced garlic to the skillet, stirring and cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, pour in the prepared sauce, stirring to coat everything well. Allow to simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
