- Warm the milk until lukewarm, sprinkle in the yeast, and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- Mix the egg and melted butter, then add the yeast mixture. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt, then mix into the wet ingredients to form a sticky dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour.
- Prepare the filling by mixing pistachio butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until well combined, set aside.
- After the dough has risen, punch it down, roll into a rectangle, spread the filling, and roll tightly to form a log.
- Slice the log into 4-6 rolls, place in a greased baking dish, cover, and allow to rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 23-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare icing by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls and serve immediately.

Notes
Allow both rises to fully develop for the best texture. Use fresh yeast for best results.
