Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease your financier molds.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, powdered sugar, all-purpose flour, and salt.
  4. Add egg whites and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until smooth, then fold in browned butter.
  5. Divide the batter into molds, place peach slices on top, and press down slightly.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
