Method
 

Dough Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, granulated sugar, and active dry yeast. Let sit until bubbly (5-10 minutes). Add egg, salt, and melted butter, stirring in flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 6-8 minutes.
First Rise
  1. Place the kneaded dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled.
Filling Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine brown sugar and ground cinnamon. After dough has risen, punch down and roll into a rectangle. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture and sliced peaches on top.
Rolling & Cutting
  1. Roll the dough starting from one long edge, tightly into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
Second Rise
  1. Cover with a towel and allow to rise for about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy the warm scent as they bake!
Cooling & Glazing
