- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash five very ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in ½ cup of melted butter until fully combined.
- Add ¾ cup of granulated sugar, one beaten egg, and one teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Sprinkle in one teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt, fold gently.
- Fold in 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour gently, leaving some lumps.
- Carefully fold in 1 cup of crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
