  • 0.5 cups Granulated Sugar Or monk fruit sweetener as a substitute
  • 1 tablespoon Milk or Juice Optional for creamier texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and hull 2 cups of fresh, ripe strawberries. Chop them and place in a food processor. Add ½ cup of granulated sugar and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour the strawberry puree into a Ninja Creami pint container. Do not exceed the max fill line. Seal tightly and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, remove the container, take off the lid, and place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Select the Sorbet function and blend for 2-3 minutes.
  4. If the sorbet is crumbly, add 1 tablespoon of milk or juice, and use the Re-spin function for 5-10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Scoop and serve the sorbet immediately, or store in the freezer for later. Ensure it's sealed well to maintain freshness.
