- Soften Cream Cheese: Begin by microwaving the cream cheese for about 10 seconds to soften it, allowing it to blend smoothly. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and mint extract, stirring until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Combine Ingredients: Gradually pour in the heavy cream and whole milk into the cream cheese mixture, mixing thoroughly until fully incorporated. If you desire a vibrant green hue, add a few drops of green food coloring at this stage.
- Freeze Base: Pour your mint chocolate chip ice cream base into the Ninja Creami pint and place it in the freezer. Allow the mix to freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Setup for Processing: Remove the pint from the freezer and attach the Creamerizerâ„¢ Paddle securely to the lid of the Ninja Creami outer bowl.
