- Pat the sea bass fillets dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Generously brush the glaze over the top of the seasoned sea bass fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Switch to broil and broil for an additional 1 to 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a minute, then garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
