Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Marry Me Chickpeas. Chop the garlic cloves finely and measure out the thyme, sun-dried tomatoes, and any other components.
  2. Set a large skillet over medium heat, and drizzle in a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil, allowing it to warm for about 2 minutes until shimmering.
  3. Add the finely chopped garlic to the skillet, stirring constantly for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Introduce the chickpeas along with baking soda, fresh thyme, and crushed red pepper flakes into the skillet. Stir together, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
