Step-by-Step Instructions for Malted Milk Ball Blondies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Coarsely chop 1 cup of malted milk balls and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of malted milk powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt.
  4. In a larger bowl, melt 1/2 cup of butter and let cool slightly. Mix in 1 cup of light brown sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth.
